Can I use this or that wallpaper for a layout? No. And for two reasons. 1) Most of them were based on or were the basis for many of my own layouts. You don't want people screaming at you for layout theft, do you? 2) These are wallpapers. If you want a layout, go to a free layout site. Can I put your wallpapers on my site? For people with combo sites or shrines who would like my wallpapers to supplement their media archive, sure. Sometimes I even voluntarily donate. Sometimes I can even be forced into making wps on demand :P I'm sure you also know how to give credit by linking back to this site. It would be nice if you let me know you're using them, too. As for other wallpaper archives, we'll have to talk about it. I won't let anyone to take too many, otherwise, what's the point? Can we be affiliates? Affiliation is currently open, since my old affiliates have probably given me up for dead. I don't have strict qualifications like you must have so-and-so number of hits. I don't really care how popular you are or not, as long as you have decent wallpapers. Can you make me a (fill in with series) wallpaper? Okay. It might take some time and I might never get around to it (work, life, etc.), but I'll try. And if you want, you can send me an image to work with. Make more tutorials, darn it!!!
